On Friday 4, was inaugurated special lighting Ceuta Carnival 2011 by the Minister of Culture, Education and Women, Mabel Deu accompanying the Carnival Queen and her nymphs. This lighting is installed throughout the streets where next Saturday, 12 made its way the ride. To help save energy in times of crisis, the light bulbs are low power and time has been reduced.
